My website shows the transformation of my two lavatories from standard 1962 décor to 21^st century luxury bathrooms.  Both are equipped with new vanities, sinks, Moen faucets, T-24 energy saving lighting and Italian tile.

The hall bathroom now has a Jacuzzi whirlpool bathtub and double showerheads that adjust to many different spray options.  I also added a new exhaust fan with light and night light.  The old water wasting toilet was replaced with a 1.6 gallons per flush Kohler toilet.  There are now two double GFI electrical outlets, one each on both sides of the sink, plus one more near the bath and shower.

The master bathroom is now equipped with a steam shower that converts into a steam room at the touch of a button.  Other shower features include an overhead showerhead, white and multi-colored lighting, a bench for sitting, plus 6 water jets for hydro back therapy.  I retained the original custom fit cabinet with large mirrors and built the new room around it.  I also kept the Kohler toilet which I had installed about 12 years ago as it still looked new and it only uses 1.6 gallons of water per flush.  I replaced the existing Air King unit with a new Air King model that includes a light, night light, exhaust fan, and room heater.  The switches for that unit are integrated into the main switch array along with a vanity lighting switch plus one of the four double GFI electrical outlets located around the room.

Both bathrooms have new satin-nickel colored towel racks, toilet paper holders and door hardware.
